SHIPPING
We will ship your order within two days of recieving it. For custom orders allow more time provided I have the materials in stock. We can send items USPS or Express mail for rush orders. Please contact us for specific instructions. Otherwise, expect snail-mail to take up to ten business days keeping in mind that your purchase may be travelling across the ocean.

RETURNS
Should you receive your purchase and not be satisfied, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. We understand that viewing pictures over the internet does not give you an exact representation of the look or feel of our jewelry. However, the jewelry must be returned in the same unblemished condition in which you received it. Be mindful as you package the stones that they must return safely to Maui Girls Healing Gems in order to receive your full refund. In the case that your jewelry is accidentally chipped or broken, I will be happy to repair it for you at the cost of replacing the beads and shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS
A 50% deposit will be required for custom orders as a design is agreed upon and the remainder of the fee will be expected at the time of shipping. Any changes to existing items on this site may be inquired upon through e-mail. Please check the sizes given for each product before purchasing to avoid having to pay for extra costs in shipping it back.
